■ Functional Activitieso Monitor adherence to service levels for resolution of IT issueso Handle escalation for IT issues within defined timelineso Ensure appropriate allocation of IT staff for resolution of IT issues raised by userso Devise methods for sending auto-updates to users on the status of their issueo Ensure maintenance of hardware, network and server systemso Support Head IT in preparing data back-upo Monitor and supervise corporate mail server for smooth email transaction in the groupo Maintain and prepare third party IT support agreement/license & periodically renew agreement/license as per requirement o Maintain record of hardware and software required for record-keeping, licensing, IT related support, etco Review IT issue log on a regular basiso Coordinate with users and unit IT for resolution of any IT issues o Provide data to ERP service provider for technical as-is like current database structure,current software structure, network structureo Ensure resource allocation of IT support staff across units as required■ Coordinationo Coordinate with external vendors and internal customers for Hardware and network products and services o Coordinate with ERP vendor during as-is study, design of new system and migration■ People Managemento Develop reportees by providing them appropriate training and coaching opportunitieso Provide career and performance support to reporteeso Manage attendance and leave of reporteeso Manage counselling and grievances of reporteeso Ensure appropriate allocation of workload to reportees to enable work-life balance
