Roles:• Visit and provide consultation to manufacturing for best technical solutions meetsthe client requirements in upgrading the factory, Energy management & Overallefficiency.• Prepare Solution Architecture to ensure total compliance with customer needs.• Review engineering studies and assists particularly with defining the bestway to increase profit as well as reduce time, cost and recommending budgetadjustment.• Participate in site visits and investigations led by designers.• Take an active role in design reviews, interdisciplinary design reviews and providecomments.• Take an active role in the client’s Stage Review and Approval Procedure.• Represent the client in technical meetings and Value Engineering analysis.• Perform work that involves conventional design practice but may include complexfeatures such as resolving conflicting design requirements.

Scope: Operation Management (for KAIA control Room Tunnel)Roles:• Plan, coordinate and oversee the technical and engineering activities.• Supervise and control operation of facility Mechanical and Electrical systemsthrough SIEMENS SCADA.• Supervise and monitor of MCCs for fans, pumps and control cabinets includingassociated PLC cabinets (RTUs) and communication network.• Schedule maintenance activities complying with customer requirements.• Develop and train staff to ensure high skills level and technical competence.

Scope: BMS, HVAC, Industrial Applications, Energy Management and Power Automation (MV & LV). Roles:• Studying and review the requirements related to Factory Automation & BMS. • Provide SEIMENS solutions for industrial and BMS.• Pre-Sales to Sales, Pre-commissioning, Test & Commissioning, O&M Services for PLC & SCADA projects.• Pre-Sales to Sales and Pre-commissioning for BMS projects.• Design & Prepare Technical Drawings, Specifications, Single Line Diagram, sequence of operation and IO configuration for the systems to ensure operations meet customer requirements. • Selection of the Controls, VFDs, PSU, UPS & and Industrial Switches.• Experienced in BMS and HVAC including Electrical and Mechanical equipment.• Preform inspection and troubleshooting electrical wiring in cabinets.• Follow up with sales opportunities, orders & opportunities through CRM.• Preparing and approval of commissioning certificates.
