1. Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS).2. Place orders to replenish merchandise as needed.3. Track shipments and address any delays.4. Evaluate suppliers’ offers and negotiate profitable deals.5. Enter purchase details (vendors information, invoices and pricing) into internal databases.6. Keep updated inventory records (including daily shipments).7. Ensure purchases do not exceed budget.8. Liaise with warehouse staff and other internal teams to test products’ quality (status upon delivery and storage conditions).

- Make sure that the First mile vehicles leave on time, and if the opposite happens, we check who is responsible for this and beg to solve the problem.- Monitoring and Tracking when the Picking Team starts to pick with the Count of Workers for each Picking Team.- Monitoring and Tracking when the Loading Team starts to load with the Count of Workers for each Loading Team.- Physically monitor the Picker while they're picking the Items to avoid Fraud cases.- Monitoring and Reporting to the WH Supervisors & Manager any issue during the Picking or Loading the Goods (Extra Goods, Missing Goods although it's available at the WH or any such cases related to OPS Tasks).- Revising the CCTV for any case related to Returned Orders that include (Extra or Missing Items) to identify the issues and confirm where it is and who's responsible for it.- Make sure that all of the WHs Employees is singing IN & OUT through the Fingerprint System & Fix any issue may be faced immediately.- Make sure that the Trucks are scanning IN, OUT and Parking on a daily basis by Fleet team.- On a daily basis, should to run a report to get the difference between the Employees and Trucks Attendance (Manual Sheets & Automated Sheets) and raise a flag to the Stakeholders to investigate any difference found.
