Lab Vice Manager
Current- Support the Laboratory Manager in planning, developing, and implementing laboratory services.- Assist in recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating laboratory staff. Ensure that all personnel adhere to safety protocols and quality standards.- Oversee quality control procedures to ensure that all laboratory tests and processes meet established standards.- Ensure the proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment and instruments. Address any issues or malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.- Address and resolve any issues or problems that arise in the lab, including those related to quality control, equipment, and staff performance.- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the lab.- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient lab operations.
