• To lead a shift of maintenance personnel during silent hours and reporting of shift activities in isocyanates package maintenance sadara chemicals.• Chlorine electrolizer cell building maintenance CA/HCU & Isocayanate MAFNA/TDI /DNT .• Troubleshooting and repair on rotary and static equipment like centrifugal Pumps,Positive displacement pumps,gear boxes/Agitators,compressors,conveyors,blowers and cooling tower fans, Heat-Exchanger,Boilers,Piping,Tanks,Vessels and valves etc.• To provide engineering solutions to routine plant problems.• Supervise and Participates in plant trip/failures assessment teams for determination of root cause and providing recommendations.• Participates in the annual review of the planned maintenance programs and equipment auditsto influence programs for the following year.• Prepare Technical report on healthy and unhealthy equipment.• Participate in commissioning start up maintenance activity in isocayanate plants(BRINE/CA/HCU/TDI/DNT/MAFNA/PMDI).• To Plan,Supervise and execute turn around, shut down and pit stop jobs.• To support area WAC & Planning Engineer for create maintenance work procedures.• To make job Plans and coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance activities.• Supervise evaluation, installation, operation, maintenance and repair of any new or existing equipment.• To work with material co-coordinator to prepare catalogue for managing stocks of supplies and equipment spare parts.• Provide technical consultation during complexity of maintenance and repair problems.• To prepare work schedule,materials and manpower assignments for daily,weekly and monthly jobs with with area coordinator.• Attend weekly safety meeting with Sadara EH&S department.• To take part in planning and execution of pit stop and shut down activities in isocyanates.• Support the PPM coordinator as required in reviewing spare parts list for existing equipment.
