Manage and lead the projects from conception to delivery for the enterprise Intelligent Traffic System(ITS) projects. Provide project management and engineering to Clients/System Integrators teams to keep projects ontrack and productive. Schedule, plan using MS Project, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aiming atassuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion. Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field. Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans and personnel’s performance) andreport regularly on project status. Assign responsibilities and mentor project team Cooperate and communicate effectively with project participants to provide assistance and technicalsupport. Review engineering deliverable and initiate appropriate corrective actions. Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, performance standards and specifications. Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification Design, test and upgrade systems and processes. Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality ofoutput Provide process documentation and operating instructions, Training documents. Attend workshop, meeting and consultants to get system approval on submittals and add system in toapprove vender list. Design System and response to RFP
