- Monitor and analyze network traffic and performance.- Investigate and troubleshoot network outages and performance issues.- Maintain network monitoring tools and systems.- Collaborate with other teams to design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure.- Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations, procedures, and best practices.- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members.- Ensure compliance with security policies and practices in network operations.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of network operations processes and procedures.
