* be able to read design files and splice plans and understand how each item are represented and trace the cable paths with their joints successfully . * fully aware of Rollout & Quality procedures and standards like cables laying , accessories placement, splicing and labeling standard, accepted power readings, health &safety rules ,… etc.*Full understanding for the implementation activities with their sequence and the requirements for each activity .* Perform Quality check ( on site ) includes all the connection points needs to be checked and inform contractors with his notes in order to correct them .*Perform Quality check (on site) and acceptance for the substations excavations works.* provide design team with accurate data for uplinks path and uplink connections .* Be able to deal with NMS and extract all the required information’s and data correctly
