- Preparation of Document Management Plan.- Document Numbering Procedure, Process & Workflows, folder structure, filing index, etc.- Ensure its effective use to facilitate and support business objectives.- Provide training to Contractor and Consultant Document Controllers to implement NEOM procedures to comply with project deliverables submission.- Implementation and testing of SharePoint / Aconex DBMS as the online collaboration and digital document management system.- Administration and management of SharePoint / ACONEX including setting up user accounts, access templates, document templates, reporting, user training etc.

- Support company operations by supervision and counselling office staff.- Conducting daily site visits.- Prepare and present to management a weekly report of financial expenditure, office, site incidents, and maintenance requirements.- Ensure availability and reliability of company facilities by monitoring the workplace and reviewing maintenance reports.- Create and update customer information by organizing data into detailed filling system.- Manage and maintain financial objectives by preparing budget reports, minimizing expenditure and reviewing tenants rental contracts.- Organizing activities, events and meetings by coordinating with stakeholders and third party companies.
