- Monitoring and maintenance of the Bank’s delegated authorities for bank payments to reflect organization changes.- Monitoring and maintenance of external bank mandates to ensure that they reflect the delegated authorities and internal organization.- Ensure that the bank’s delegated authorities for payments, bank mandates and the authorized signatory list is implemented in day to day payments processing.- Maintain and update the master database for all bank accounts under the group.- Carry out daily reporting activities, dealing with banks and assisting the respective supervisor in cash and liquidity management.- Prepare cash positions on a daily basis.- Assist supervisor to administer inter-company transaction & in preparation of donor wise andfund wise report.- Prepare bank reconciliation on monthly basis and also follow through for un-cleared cheques and direct deposit.- Record monthly bank profit/TDR profit.- Assist in preparation of rolling budget and update actuals on monthly basis.- Assist in monitoring and managing the organization’s bank relationships and liquidity management.- Record donations, investment and dividend.- Prepare payment/cheques and get it signed from authorize signatories.- Coordinate and correspond with vendors to deliver the cheques, once processed.- Provide support to auxiliary schedules for closing purposes as per assigned tasks.- Undertake other related tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor.

Managing company incoming and outgoing cash , as well as bank services.-Responsible to draft the daily report on cash and mutual fund.- Approving and posting monthly journal entries, reconciliations and analysis.- Matching bank transactions with general ledger.- Reviews and approves the preliminary and final payment registers for bank online transfers.- Constant communication with banks to basic bank services such as account balances and interest rates and fees. Further following company accounts by reviewing accounts movement activity, reversing/refunding transactions.

Processing account receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures. -Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables' data.-Preparing bills receivable, invoices and bank deposits.-Prepare a daily aging report to handl customers account, and follwing then to close the over due outstanding.
