• Reviewing and evaluating the systems and procedures of the organization to determine whether internal control is adequate and effective;• Reviewing whether policies, laws and regulations in force are being followed;• Review and evaluate the organization's operations in terms of efficiency, effectiveness, economy and appropriateness;• Submit audit findings to the Director General through independent, objective and timely reports;• Follow up on all audit reports / observations raised;• Give suggestions / recommendations to improve the organization's operations in order to increase the level of accountability and financial management;• Submit Internal Audit Report to the Audit Committee;• Prepare Annual Audit Planning and Annual Audit Report to the Director General for approval;• Provide information to the Financial Management Advisory Services Division, Malaysian Treasury when necessary, to help it review and improve general financial policies, systems, procedures and scope of internal audit.

• Auditing of government accounts/financial statements or activities.• Auditing of Financial Statements of Majlis Islam Sarawak, review of working paper Firma Audit Swasta (FAS), Pengauditan Pematuhan, Pengauditan Akaun Amanah, Pengauditan Mengejut, Pengauditan Sistem Kawalan Dalaman (SKD) and Siasatan.• Coordinator of Pengauditan Pematuhan (Bahagian IV) for Laporan Ketua Audit Negara (LKAN) Negeri Sarawak.

• Monitor of tyre inventory stock for all estates. Includes purchasing stock, maintaining stock, retread of tyres and report generated by monthly.• Physical checking of tyre being used and stock in warehouse for all estates.

• Teaching Bahasa Melayu & Mathematics subject for primary school (UPSR) and secondary level (PT3 and SPM).• Involved in students management including registration and other programme.

• Monitors warehouse/store operations and ensuring of efficient for delivery and returning system.• Ensuring purchasing function and clerk management such as documentation of invoices, return note and PO.

• In-charge of key-in and records all invoices and other documents. • Involved in warehouse/store operation and management.
