Job roles and responsibilities: - Monitoring and investigate logs in/from multiple security technologies, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, Firewalls, Switches, VPNs, and other security threat data sources.- Working in rotating shifts within a 24/7 operating environment.-Handle tickets and large queues, and efficiently prioritize based on the criticality of alerts.-Escalate incidents to customers according to the escalation matrix.- Preparing with the team multiple preparation documents for internal operations to be used among all SOC members.- Conduct knowledge transfer to new joiners on how to use our internal ticketing system and how to report to clients in case of an incident occurred.- Perform IOC's sweeping provided by the CTI team on multiple customer environments.- Create weekly reports to be shared with clients on incidents that occurred.- Participate in creating playbooks for some specific use cases.
