Mr. Abdullah M. Datu-Dacula is an International Speaker at the International Youth Center, Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. He delivered a lecture on the topic on ‘Legal and Risk Implications of Youth Involvement in Crime Prevention’ during the International Conference on Engaging Youth in Crime Prevention. He was one of the Philippine delegates to the 2008 Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN) Young Cadres in Peoples Republic of China and in the Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN) Islamic Conference in Brunie Darrussalam. He is a speaker of various seminars and fora which includes Public Sector Union Registration and Accreditation as well as Security of Tenure in the Public Service. His works were included in the Civil Service Commission's Compendium of Sexual Harassment Cases Volume II and a Research Study on Cases Involving Moral Turpitude.He was then a College Professor at the College of Engineering – Mindanao State University for ten (10) years, an Assistant Professor IV at the Mapua Institute of Technology and a Special Investigator IV at the Office for Legal Affairs, Civil Service Commission. Presently, he is the Chief Personnel Specialist (Division Chief), Conciliation and Education Division at the Personnel Relations Office, Civil Service Commission.He is a licensed Electrical Engineer and finishes Bachelor of Laws at Mindanao State University, Master of Engineering (earning 36 units) at Ateneo de Cagayan (Xavier University), Certificate Course in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management at the University of the Philippines – School of Labor and Industrial Relations and currently enrolled at the University of the Philippines Online University taking up Master of Public Management major in Public Policy and Program Analysis.
