Marassi North Coast

· Check contractor’s compliance to design drawings works specifications and work schedule on-site.· Ensure that all materials (Pipes, fitting, valve, Cables …) are sourced by the contractor from the approved quarry sites or suppliers.· Prepare site measurements of the accepted and completed works.· Interpretation of design and implementation - Make modifications to suit site conditions.· Check contractor’s claims and submittal against its accuracy and reality and make a recommendation.· Compile reports and keep records on all contract-related matters e.g. Day works, claims information, as-built drawings, report all errors, omissions, discrepancies and deficiencies.

· Responsible for the overall operations within a water treatment facility.· Supervise doing preventive and corrective maintenance of all equipment (pretreatment- RO unit - PX unit - diesel generators - hydro-mechanical).· Worker supervision and conducting performance reviews.· Design review and supervision of the plant renovation from 500 m3/day to 1,500 m3/day by replacing turbocharger with Pressure Exchanger (ERI) as an energy recovery device. On the other hand, we used the same HPP and Generator to reduce the cost to the approved budget.· Preparing anniversary spare parts list for all plant equipment.· Handing over of the new desalination plants from the contractor including participating in the plants commissioning and startup and checking the plant equipment if it matches the owner specification.
