Job profile: Responsible for managing all terminals all the way from curb side to Aircrafts door and vice versa,through close monitoring of services and operations, including developing and implementingoperating manuals for the Terminal, in order to meet and exceed international standards of Safety,Security and Health. The role holders ensures that the terminal facilities/ infrastructure areprofessionally serviceable, operated and maintained according to international and ADAC standards,The role holder is the central point of contact for communication with stake holders and GovernmentAgencies through ADAC Stakeholders and AVSEC on all related issues for all terminals. The Guest Experience role runs the airport terminal so that passenger flow in the airport is smoothand efficient. Role holder is responsible for ensuring that all facilities are in good working order andthat the airport is correctly prepared for certain events and situations and be on hand to provideinformation where necessary.
