-Coordinate the preparation and submission of technical proposals in response to client requests, ensuring compliance with all specified requirements.-Review technical aspects, including methodology, execution plans, risk assessments, and resource allocation, to ensure accuracy and feasibility.-Prepare and organize all documentation related to the bid, including project plans, technical specifications, and client compliance documents.-Ensure all documentation adheres to SRACO’s standards for clarity, professionalism, and technical detail.-Work closely with the Bidding team to gather all necessary information, ensuring proposals are competitive and comprehensive.

Part of the Technical Office Team responsible for the following duties: -Assisting team members with project objectives, budgets, and timelines.-Getting BOQ from Drawings and Calculating the estimated and actual costs-2D and 3D design for projects using Revit and AutoCAD. -Studying the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.).-Designing, analyzing, and altering plans, prototypes, or structures.-Preparing Commercial and Technical proposals for Tenders.-Solving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties-Weekly Site inspections to monitor the work and make reports.-Consulting with clients on building projects.-Reading, interpreting, and explaining complex technical documents.
