I am a humanitarian professional with more than 9 years' experience, 3 years as Head of Program, responsible for program development and implementation of emergency response interventions for the Rohingya refugee at Cox's Bazar. Here, I oversaw more than 12 projects encompassing shelter, WASH, protection, education, DRR and livelihood sectors. I have managed projects of prominent global donors including BMZ, DFAT, Global Affairs Canada (GAC), USAID, UNHCR, WFP, Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Germany, Denmark & Spain) as well as local funds. I am currently working at National Level for Justice and Care- A UK-Based International NGO in a US- Department of State funded project as Project Manager for Anti-Trafficking and C-SEC program and fight against modern slavery. I have Bachelor's and Master's degree in Disaster Management and possess in-depth knowledge of the concepts and global protocols of DRR, emergency management, preparedness, resilience and climate change. My multi-disciplinary expertise also includes social research, humanitarian communication, logistics and procurement, MEAL support, grants management, business development and reporting. Furthermore, I am able to design and implement gender sensitive projects and mainstream disability, DRR, safeguarding, PSEA and localization across various project components.
