- In collaboration with the Country Director (CD), manage the project team and support the project implementation process, establish a progress tracking mechanism to ensure full oversight and establish budgetary control over the project expenditures- Strategy and risk analysis to ensure regulatory and organizational compliance during project implementation. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.- Measure project performance and practice adaptive management to appropriately respond to the project need- Create an enabling working environment for the team to work in- Maintain professional relationship with staff of the government homes, private aftercare facilities, and other relevant organizations- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Prepare reports of the project for different purposes and assist the Monitoring and Learning Manager- Evaluate Individual Care Plans (ICP) for all victims in coordination with counselors and other relevant team members to support successful reintegration of the victims- Develop a healthy rapport with victims within boundaries, support the wrap around services for the victims, including crisis management at all levels- Maintain and update Case Management (CM) sheet from aftercare staff and generate report thereby- Represent the organization to external stakeholders as and when required. Network with government officials, NGOs, Tribunals and other relevant stakeholders to strengthen organization`s work- Project quantitative and qualitative reports, periodic narrative reports. Contribute to annual reports.- Assist the senior leadership as and when necessary

- In collaboration with the Project Director (PD) provide leadership and strategic direction for the design of strategic frameworks and plans, including the development of resource mobilization strategies to optimize the impact of large and complex programming interventions in line with central office and agency strategic priorities.- Lead high-quality project design with innovative approaches that incorporate project management standards and MEAL methods, appropriate to the scope, context, and technical requirements of large and complex projects. Contribute to the complete rollout and consistent usage of project management standards. Lead planning of activities across projects from different sectors to ensure integration and efficiency in implementation.- Effectively manage senior programming talent. Manage team dynamics and staff well-being. Provide coaching and mentoring for Program Managers.
