- Managing a portfolio of SR 1.5bn AuM- Managing flow of deals from origination to exeution- Targeting deals in real estate, private debt, VC, PE, and sukuks- Manage sourcing with fund managers and engaged in due diligence and negotition to execute deals- Set investment policies and the overall investment strategy

- Leading communication with advisers (FDD, Legal DD etc.) and clients. Assessing and hiring advisers to kick-off transactions.- Applying valuation methods including DCF and multiple methods.- Executing bookbuilding and road-show process.- Applying listing rules to different transactions, assessing gaps and communicating with all respective parties.- Strengthening/ retaining relations with clients, and pitching for potential opportunities

- Planning FDD engagements (incl' IPOs, M&As, and rights issue), assigning budget, constructing information request list (IRL) and allocating resources (staffing).- Leading Q&A sessions, communications to clients, financial advisors, targets and storyboarding sessions. Conducting trend and scenario analysis of Company's financial statements (P&L, BS, and CF) and identifying normalisation adjustments (QoE, NA, and ND adjustments).- Serving PEs, REITs, and major sovereign funds in the region.-Applying valuation methods including DCF, multiples, and comparable methods. Conducting financial modelling and writing, reviewing, and presenting valuation reports to clients.-Serving insurance, banking, retail, manufacturing, contracting, and real estate industries.Strengthening/ retaining relations with clients, and pitching for potential opportunities.
