- Evaluate technical training needs, design and develop comprehensive technical programs (competency models, measurement system, OJT criteria), formulate technical training framework and implement the management vision and strategy with emphasize on ROI to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of all deliverables.- Meet revenue and quality objectives by ensuring the application of departmental workflows for Apprenticeship, Customer, Operator and Technical Training Programs.- Market and design special programs to meet the requirements of internal and external customers and evaluate them to ensure the learning objectives and course accreditation requirements have been met.- Responsible for ensuring that Technical Training receives and maintains Caterpillar Service Training Excellence Certification by meeting criteria of LCAT including CC and CIAP.

- Plan, organize, and conduct training needs analysis process up to expert technical competency level, recommend and facilitate the development by setting up annual learning program implementation plan.- Responsible for the design, development, assessment, implementation, delivery and evaluation of the Basic to Advance System, Apprenticeship Program, Product and Maintenance, New Product Introduction (NPI) and Diagnostic and Troubleshooting training session for internal and external customer. - Champion the Technician Career Development Program (TCDP) ensuring that ABC, DPC, Apprenticeship and SEP Programs are implemented at the required standards; evaluate progress and make recommendations for improvement.
