Current• Followed the SAFE Agile Methodology in this project.• Used PI-Planning for Quarterly development planning.• Participated in Scum of Scums and provided updates and feedback based on Program Increments and Iterations to upper management, PM, PO, RTE, and CTO office.• Demoed Fiber modules in relation to Billing, Importing, and Designing.• Led all Scrum Ceremonies for Team Fiber (Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Grooming, Sprint Retrospective, and Stand Ups).• Designated Scum Master for Team Fiber, facilitated all team collaborations. • Point of contact and SME for Team Fiber. • Alongside Scrum Master responsibilities, also worked as a Business Analyst to design software components and functions for the scrum team. • Created Technical Design Document from Project Documentation and interactive collaboration with Product Support and Implementation Teams.• Started/Ended all Program Increments as planned in PI-Planning and provided feedback and expectations to development team. • Set team goals (quarterly/per sprint) and reviewed progress with team as deadlines approached. • Held team engagement meetings to connect with team members outside of work to build a more efficient team.• Used JIRA for Issue Tracking, used Confluence for Documentation and Document Sharing, used Slack for Team Collaboration, used GoToMeeting for Remote Conference Meetings, used Microsoft Outlook for corporate email, and used Paycom for HR.
