  As a 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞 | 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 my duties & responsibilities were as follows: 🔹 Coordination with Logistic department to ensure all deliveries are carried out on time.🔹 Follow up on vendors for the accounting invoices after service is performed.🔹 Raising the PRs in SAP and sending to Procurement department, requesting to process the POs. 🔹 Managing all the invoices and obtain approval from Plant Manager and sending to Finance dept. to process the suppliers/vendors payments.🔹 Managed delivery times and allocated staff resources with Logistic team according to changing needs.🔹 Upon confirmation from Sales team, preparing to dispatch the goods and arrange vehicles for smooth movement.🔹 Entering the GRN for the stock received and prepare stock reports on SAP weekly basis.🔹 Support the Operations Manager to streamline existing orders & upcoming new orders.🔹 Coordination with packaging supplier’s for on time delivery and maintaining the packaging stock on the basis of forecast given by the planning department.🔹 Managed vendor relationships and negotiated contracts AMC for Plant Machines & negotiating the same.🔹 Monitor stock levels and timely update in SAP system.🔹 Set up and managed the warehouse during the morning shift, loading trucks with product to be shipped in an efficient manner.🔹 Monitoring current inventory, ordering supplies, and scheduling deliveries.🔹 Update internal & external data bases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities).🔹 Developed relationships with key customers (Government) to understand their needs and developed solutions in order to meet their expectations.
