Current• Recruit new employees, then orient and train them for their specific job descriptions• Serve as the liaison between administrative personnel and senior management, communicating needs and concerns so they can be handled expeditiously.• Provide technical and logistical support for all administrative personnel.• Supervise staff performance٫ helping subordinates with coaching and guidance to ensure their maximum efficiency.• Manage inventory of office supplies and organize purchasing of new material.• Follow up and take disciplinary action & conduct departmental inquiry & grievance.• Organize meeting schedules for various departments.• Maintain Personnel records, information and files of all employees.• Respond to incoming communications, such as phone calls and emails.• Create written and typed reports, including memos and business letters.• Ensure administrative policy & procedure for smooth running.• Monitor employee/labor relations & legal affairs work.• Help organize small to large scale events and provide ongoing assistance during events.• Maintain and order necessary office equipment and supplies, as needed.• Ensures proper labor relations and conditions of employment are maintained.• Set up travel arrangements, itineraries, airline reservations, shuttle service and hotel accommodations. • Communicate with the relevant regulatory authorities for updating the regulatory compliances of the organization.
