As a graduate research assistant at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, I apply my knowledge and skills in material sciences, device physics, and scientific research to investigate the electrical and magneto-transport properties of various materials, such as Heusler alloys, carbon biochar composites, and MXenes. I have over four years of experience in material sciences and experimental condensed matter physics, having worked as a research assistant at Xi'an Jiaotong University and an adjunct lecturer at Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science & Technology, Islamabad.My mission is to advance the understanding of quantum materials, semiconductors, spintronics, optoelectronics, and energy devices, through innovative and collaborative research. I am proficient in different material synthesis and fabrication techniques, such as hydrothermal, sol-gel, wet chemical etching, and 2D mechanical exfoliation/dry etch material transfer method. I am also experienced in analyzing different characterization of materials, such as XRD, SEM, XPS, UV/Vis, FTIR, Four Point Probe, IV, CV, EIS, PL, and BET. I have received multiple awards and honors for my academic excellence and research achievements, including the HEC Scholarship and the Research Academic Award.
