(Functional & Appearance). Make the Investigations Reports. Inspection & audit of vehicle. Part development. Support of production team. New team members training. Assembly Quality Check. CFTC(Customer first training centre). Awareness sessions regarding market problems and their root cause and counter measures. Equipment check and installation. Problem and countermeasure feedback to production. Defect investigation reserach and development, kaizan dynamic. Make the S.M.Q.R & E.R.A of C.K.D parts. Assemble and disassemble the vehicle body parts for investigation. Visit the dealership for the custamer complains. Make the standards off parts checking on C.F and its OTS report. Inspection off parts.(C.K.D/Local). Special Assignments: Vehicle inspection and evaluation. Supervision of complete vehicle audit inspection & repair conformation. Evaluation of parts, welding jigs and inspection fixture. Finding the defects root cause through the T.P.B analysis process. Detail defects analysis and suggested countermeasure to production team. Supporting manufacturing process by removing bottlenecks of production line (weld, Paint assembly).Analysis local parts defect on 7QC tools analysis.Standardized work through developing W.I.S , standard sheets, technical standards Inspection standards and check sheets Developing and scheduling for process , team members training and others. Vender visits in order to guide them about parts assembly function & process of audit. Preparing weekly and monthly reports. Supporting to S.Q.A team regarding (External Shipping Quality Audits). Supporting to project team in order to chronic issues analysis and counteractions.
