A 3-month program, aimed to prepare the trainees with sufficient knowledge and preparation before joining the financial industry. A lot of modules involved including Leadership Skills (FLAME), Soft Skills, Digital Banking and FinTech. Various projects were given within allocated time and budget to prepare trainees with the pressure of the real working life.
