People find me to be an upbeat, self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills. For the past several years I have worked in quality assurance, and customer service in the transportation app-generating industry. My experience includes successfully helping my colleagues in easing-up people’s lives by just a tap and giving the best quality of the service they expect, the moment they started to use our services. I have also a good experience in maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times, responding promptly to customer inquiries and communicating with customers through various channels. I am a dedicated person with a family of three. I enjoy reading, and the knowledge and perspective that my reading gives me has strengthened my teaching skills and presentation abilities.I had also my share on the volunteering work by being an Academic Stock Market instructor at COMET in 2016 at Cairo University.
