• I was mainly responsible for improving the product design to enhance the UX for the company’s in-house SIEM product.• Assisted the product director in managing SOC product changes, and coducting market research for innovative solutions.• I also assisted the product director & pre-sales in writing white papers, data sheets, product comparisons, & battlecards.• I was part of designing the company’s copilot feature and contributed in adding GenAI capabilities to their endpoint products.• I proposed a streamlined filter feature for log search that was implemented in the SIEM platform which improved search efficiency by 50%.• Took part in Cyber Security Analyst training.

• Took lead of the interns where we were required to build and deploy a cloud environment for the company employees.• Consisted of installing OS on servers, mapping storage devices to the server, using distributed storage, conducting performance testing, creating clusters and deploying a virtualized environment by configuring VMs and having one assigned as a DHCP server. We successfully deployed the cloud environment.
