Serve as a member of the Senior Management team for a $800m+ energy supply and marketing organization with direct reporting responsibility to the company’s Chairman, providing support for commercial activities, special projects related to growth and operating model design, risk tolerance, compensation, and various governance and compliance matters.

Responsible for leading and delivering business transformation services across a diverse client base (i.e., utilities, retail power, and oil & gas) with a focus on people, process and technology implications, includes modernizing in-house capabilities using emerging technology, and increasing overall digital footprint.

Selected to participate in a two-year global corporate leadership program designed to enhance and reinforce critical thinking, and effective problem solving.

Led various initiatives to perform cross-functional and IT assessments at a major US utility to maximize efficiency across the company’s energy supply and trading operations; includes the implementation of the future state roadmap and an operational data store to enhance data transparency and centralize reporting, and the documentation of business and technical requirements for the replacement of a legacy Gas Management System.

Participated and led a wide array of projects ranging from the valuation of proposed wholesale and retail termination and settlement agreements of commodity derivative contracts in connection with a large US bankruptcy filing for the Unsecured Creditors Committee to co-developing and administering an industry survey focused on identifying leading practices across middle- and back-office operations.Selected to relocate to the Middle East for a brief period (6-months) to assist with the development of an energy focused service line within the Financial Services practice, primary focus was the expansion of offerings at large oil and gas companies across the region.

Co-led the development of a clearing & settlement business model used to justify and implement policies for risk mitigation, approximate annual liquidity capital reduction of $60m. In addition, served as the primary liaison responsible for interfacing with the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) and internal business units to develop a model to derive the economic value of the company’s investment and warrants in the exchange.

Awarded the Diamond-Koch Merit of AchievementPower - Transacted hourly power transactions on the Real Time desk; includes developing transmission related strategies to help optimize next day and short-term positions. Natural Gas Liquids - Responsible for all movements of Iso-butane, Normal Butane and Natural Gasoline in the Gulf Coast region through pipeline, barges and other alternative routes; effectively managed approximately 2 million barrels in storage and trading positions.

Conducted various initiatives for the senior management team to help define current and projected market conditions for sodium chlorate, chlorine and caustic soda.
