• Responsible for establishing QHSE objectives, KPIs, goals and programs for the organization and development of measures to determine the effectiveness and the contribution of the Quality Control function towards the profitability and progress of the company.• Responsible for overseeing preparation of Project Quality & HSE plans in the light of Project specifications/Customer requirements.• Ensure that all Quality and HSE documents are in line with the concepts of value addition to the business processes.• Implementing QHSE Policy throughout the Company. • Plan and conduct Quality & HSE Management System awareness programs throughout the Company.• Document and report findings on the Executive Management Review on the state of Quality and HSE Program in the company and recommend actions for the correction and improvement.• Plan and conduct audits and circulate audit summary report. Maintain records of Audit summary report and CARs/PARs and proactive follow up for the closeouts of the same to ensure compliance within committed target dates.• Manage Company’s CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Action) systems to ensure that root cause analysis is performed and all CAPA activities are completed within timely basis. Coordinate with other departments to implement and monitor effectiveness of CAPA. Prepare reports on CAPA activities on a monthly basis. • Provide support to Commercial department in Vendor assessments.• Provide support to Sales and Proposals in responding to various Quality and HSE inquiries from Customers.• Maintain ISO Certifications (QMS ISO 9001, EMS ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001) for more than 6 territories in the Middle East and Africa Region.
