My top fields of interest would be economics and politics. Whether it be for academic purposes or pleasure reading, these fields have always been of interest to me. The fact that I could live around the world and explore new places, people and ideas, only strengthened my resolve in this direction.Being born in Pakistan and then living around the world, from Zimbabwe, Switzerland, India to now Austria, this has given me a somewhat unique perspective and has allowed me to interact with various, diverse perspectives. Combining with the fact that the closest thing to a motto I have is self-improvement, I feel I have developed and will continue to develop by learning from the people and places around me.I’m currently at the end of my master’s degree and exploring professional and options along with completing an internship with the ICMPD, in the Budapest Secretariat. In this internship, I am aiding them with their different international projects along with their daily office activities. Previously, I have done internships with EFU General Insurance Pakistan, where the atmosphere was more on the corporate side and with the Embassy of Pakistan in Vienna.In terms of skills though my focus has been on the economics and political side, I have not let that restrict me in exploring other skills as well, including coding and business analytics courses in my master’s program. I am looking for a new experience.
