  1. **Assist Customers**: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, including balance inquiries, account information, and transaction details. 2. **Account Management**: Help customers open new accounts, manage existing ones, update account details, and explain banking products such as savings accounts, loans, credit cards, etc.3. **Problem Resolution**: Address and resolve customer concerns related to banking issues, such as unauthorized transactions, misplaced cards, or disputes.4. **Cross-Selling**: Promote banking services and products, such as loans, mortgages, or credit cards, by understanding the customer’s needs.5. **Transaction Processing**: Facilitate deposits, withdrawals, and transfers of funds, as well as processing wire transfers, bill payments, and check cashing.6. **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements during customer interactions, including Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.7. **Data Entry**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, updating bank databases as necessary.8. **Customer Education**: Educate customers on digital banking options, mobile apps, and self-service tools to improve customer experience and efficiency.9. **Team Collaboration**: Work with other departments, such as loans or financial advisory, to address more complex customer needs.10. **Reporting**: Prepare reports or documentation as required by the bank for customer service activities or escalated issues.
