This is my last position at THIESS at this position my responsibilty is bigger than before, my emotional control must be harder than before, my team leader skill also need to improve more and more, in this position i learn about many things that can't count,how ever i have to move step up slow but sure i wont fall down and i never surender untill best option come to me in the future

i was a leading hand mechanic at Thiess melak mine project TSA , i hold a simper full mining acces for LV for support my daily activity of GDP team (Genset, drill, and pump unit) and also i lead and manage my team for their safety and produtivity achivement

that was my title started from after graduation and finish in last 2016

started first site at Thiess Senakin Mine project(july 2009 - desember 2011) and then Melak mine project (january 2012 - mey 2012) after that back to Senakin mine project (july 2012 - maret 2013) and then Balikpapan Support facility TCRP workshop (maret 2013 - august 2013) and i greduated from apprenticeship program at august 2013
