Current-Working on platform TAMM which regulates the transportation sectors.ERB SYSTEM&ON track Hilty system--Working on the Transport Authority platform and avoiding transport authority violations.-Monitoring the quality and efficiencies of equipment, vehicles, and logistics services.-Supervising the logistics services team, directing them, and assigning them tasks.-Negotiating with suppliers while purchasing equipment and vehicles.-Completing the procedures for transferring ownership from financing companies-Cooperating with the HR department and conducting job interviews to select drivers and equipment operators.-Organizing and managing transportation operations within the company that provides transportation and rental services in the field of equipment, transportation operations and determining schedules for daily activities.-Monitoring spending and costs related to transporting equipment-Verifying the validity and efficiency of vehicles and equipment used in transportation.-Preparing the necessary reports on the movement of transport and equipment and their locations.-Coordinating with workshops to perform the necessary maintenance.-Developing plans,policies,and budgets to improve services.-Analyzing expenses and other financial information to develop plans,policies,and budgets to maintain or improve services.-Following up on project requests and meeting their needs.-Following the movement of equipment, vehicles, and drivers to work sites.-Car monitoring via a GPS system.-Following up on the renewal of licenses for cars, equipment, drivers, operating cards, and drivers’ cards.-Following up on the operation of implementing security and safety rules.-Tracking project requests to provide the necessary equipment.- monitoring budgets and transportation costs.-Reporting maintenance and repair need for transportation vehicles and equipment.-Researching and proposing cost-effective itineraries and shipping methods.-Conducting regular safety audits.
