Design hvac system & calculate load for commercial & residential buildings, corporate offices residential houses & villas, commercial shops, supermarkets, hospitals, clinics, restaurants & cafes.Make ac, ventilation, roof layouts for execution and also to submit in government authorities to get approval.Make complete electrical drawings (lighting & power layouts) & load schedule for all above places & also apply and get approval for Dubai electricity & water authority (DEWA).Make complete drawings & calculations for fire prevention (firefighting & fire alarm) system as per Dubai civil defense & UAE fire safety codes & standards. Also submit in Dubai Civil Defense to get the approval.Make complete calculations & drawings for drainage & plumbing works as per Dubai Municipality rules & regulations.Make a set of whole MEP drawings to submit in government authorities’ i.e DM, TECOM(Dubai Creative Cluster Authority), TRAKHEES, CONCORDIA, & also to building management to get the approvals & land lord NOC respectively.Make a complete documentation to have a complete record of projects.
