Assist section head in all underwriting matters related to motor portfolio of window takaful operations. Whilst coordinating with head office regarding motor underwriting matters and providing swift assistance to branches. Process cover notes/policy/endorsement/contribution (sts) invoices and other takaful documents of corporate, individual accounts & leasing portfolios. Follow-up with branches for pre-inspection survey. Follow-up with branches for tracker installation, certificates, payment invoices for pmd issuance. Supervise policy document preparation, dispatch & filing of the record Follow up with branches for timely monthly closing. Provide data of motor business to branches on monthly basis. Assist section head in furnishing motor statistics Prepare draft mou’s / takaful agreements & letters. Prepare quotations. Assist in preparation of takaful under writing manual. Follow up of Outstanding Contribution Payments from branches/participant's. Any work assign by Line Managers/ V.P / E.V.P.
