• I work of special studies by the real estate market prices and weekly reports of the towers• I manage all the towers mentioned to monitor all contracts ended for renewal and bounced checks collected by 90% per month in different ways and to know all the laws Authority( Sharjah - Dubai ) Electricity and Water and the laws relating to the municipality• Writing bonds arrested for payments received and print all tenants' leases• Work of a special program to organize , see all the apartments rented , empty apartments and flats ready for rental apartments ended contracts• Organization and propaganda work of the towers by region and the demand for them from different nationalities• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective, existing and short term tenants.• Review leasing activities with Executive Director against revenue goals.• Reviews and approves tenant applications for residential and commercial properties.• Set a high standard for cleanliness and organization in the buildings and grounds, and ensure staff members at all levels are following the same.• Handle correspondence regarding customers queries, leasing requests and assistance.• Ensure accurate update of the existing and new tenants’ database (Phone number, contact person, address, etc.);
