We are a veterinary medicine and feed Supplements Manufacturing company based in Germany, Malaysia and Türkiye.• Develop and manage tactical-wise brand development and content. • Raw materials hunting, quotations & purchasing planning.• Define marketing project scope, goals and deliverables based on achievable KPI measures.• Help in getting orders in the system effectively.• Manage end-to-end quote/ordering handle quote reconciliation / commercial & technical checks to place the order, send for labels designing, printing, receive the signed paperwork and then submit for manufacturing.• Maintain the quality systems and culture and aim for continuous improvement• Ensure correct prioritization, categorization and timely reporting of product quality complaints and escalating issues.• Collect data and quality metrics to allow quality performance assessment.• Take an inciting to legalize documents for shipment clearance.• Contribute to customer satisfaction by providing honest and clear communication and showing proactivity.
