We are a veterinary medicine and feed Supplements Manufacturing company based in Germany, Malaysia and Türkiye.• Develop and manage tactical-wise brand development and content. • Raw materials hunting, quotations & purchasing planning.• Define marketing project scope, goals and deliverables based on achievable KPI measures.• Help in getting orders in the system effectively.• Manage end-to-end quote/ordering handle quote reconciliation / commercial & technical checks to place the order, send for labels designing, printing, receive the signed paperwork and then submit for manufacturing.• Maintain the quality systems and culture and aim for continuous improvement• Ensure correct prioritization, categorization and timely reporting of product quality complaints and escalating issues.• Collect data and quality metrics to allow quality performance assessment.• Take an inciting to legalize documents for shipment clearance.• Contribute to customer satisfaction by providing honest and clear communication and showing proactivity.

Joined in 6th Feb, 2012.Responsibilities: • Maintain good Display for product, getting good sale.• Maintain the share of product according to category requirements.• Manage & deploy new product in store on lunching time period. • Maintain daily activities & competitor’s reports. • To achieve all the Targets of the Sales and competition.• Maintain good relations with the manager & supervisor of respective outlets.• Asking LPO for more stock required & promotion products.• Product movement in a specific period of time like festival or promotion periods.• Train sales staff about product on selling points.• Conduct road show for sampling & acknowledgement about product.• Assisting Sales team for achieving their sales targets.
