Crafting strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and CreativePreparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing departmentDefine the approach for the overall sale of new business and account retention.Develop a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to maximise sales opportunities.Establish internal guidelines for personal data protection based on applicable legislations, to manage customer data.Direct the Sales team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:• Develop and execute marketing strategies across multiple countries in the MENA region• Lead campaign planning in MENA and ensure alignment between the different areas of marketing, Sales and Product• Allocate budgets between different countries and to maximise ROI• Analyse and optimise the marketing funnel to increase conversions and revenue, together with Sales• Manage and oversee social media accounts, including content creation and community management• Work closely with design to create high-quality visual content and effective ads• Provide regular reports on marketing performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement• Act as the brand guardian for the MENA region• Work with the content team to deliver content and copy as needed• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies in the MENA region

Work with the Marketing team to create, deliver, edit, and optimize all marketing materials.Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing marketsDeveloping and presenting proposals customized for each client's specific business needs

Support the production of marketing materialsProduce and edit content like social media posts, videos, and webinars.Monitor social media activities to assess the public’s perception of the company’s brandResponsible for offline events monitoring, and organizing include (Vendors' and suppliers' communication).
