Experience in Designing and Deep analysis of (LC) & (Automation Smart Homes) , Prepare drawings and designs, based on the technical specifications, Plan and manage Smart systems like (Z-wave) (Zigbee) (KNX), including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and materials, Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, address issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders, Monitor project budget and expenditures, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure financial targets are met, Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards throughout the project lifecycle, Provide regular project status reports to management and stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, issues, and risks, Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the project management function.
