• High volume cold calling, prospecting new business, and making outbound calls. • Demo KeepTruckin software to prospective fleet managers and drivers.• Survey prospects to understand pain points within their business so that you can align those business needs with the KeepTruckin solution.• Educate fleet managers and drivers about KeepTruckin, understand their requirements, and help them get started with KeepTruckin.• Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects and provide accurate forecasts for revenue.• Achieve daily KPIs and monthly quota.

• Answer inbound calls from prospective customers based in the US.• Sells services for Cable, Internet, Phone, and Home security systems to new and existing customers.• Ensure all quality parameters are met on every phone call. • Achieve monthly revenue and sales quotas.• Provide a uniquely positive customer experience for each customer by adapting their own interpersonal and sales approach to the customer’s own interpersonal style and situation.• Attend all required training and keep up to date on products and services knowledge.

• Hire, train, and develop a team of sales executives.• Coach salespeople on standard methodologies for closing deals and provide mentorship to improve sales performance.• Set sales goals, track progress, and lead team to achieve and exceed those quotas.• Explain services, applications, and benefits to prospective customers. • Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.• Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals.

• Conduct cold calls and emails to prospective clients.• Qualify prospects as per sales plan, budget, and decision making.• Meets or exceeds individual targets and sales activity objectives.• Devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions and proposals.• Handle contract negotiation and facilitate between legal teams as necessary.• Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
