Direct and lead brainstorming sessions, workshops and the development and testing of new solutions.* Manage the delivery of HR Consulting projects with different stakeholders to make sure projects deliver according to the agreed scope/time and cost, as well as Manage the HR portfolio profit and loss.* Managing the operations and activities of the workforce are efficient and in the best interest of the company goals.
