Ensures that the applied purchasing procedures are in line with company's policies• Plan, implement & ensure smooth execution of procurement activities in accordance with the policies and strategies of GPT, This includes acquiring resources within budget and facilitating communication between the enterprise and its providers in order to deliver products and services according to plan.• Processing RFQs, PRs, & POs, invoices payments and follow up with logistics team to ensure smooth delivery operations. Proper logging of records into Procurement management system.• Visit suppliers in relation to identifying new sourcing channels, obtaining quotations and proposals, obtaining credit payment facilities, negotiation of ideal prices & terms and conditions, and subsequent management of purchase orders awarded.• Monitor vendor performance to ensure quality of service.• Plans and manages the optimization of procurement of materials and services and managing supplier relationships in a manner that ensures timely delivery of required items/material to ESEC various divisions and departments.• Sources suppliers and recommends potential providers to the Purchasers.• Manages all procurement arrangements for ESEC whilst developing and retaining relationships with strategic suppliers.​• Monitors and supervises the purchasing activities and procedures to ensure the provision of supplies with required specifications.​• Coordinates with projects procurement staff to ensure compliance with adopted policies and procedures as well as monitoring the handling process of purchasing requirements within the project.​• Processes purchase requisitions and places purchase orders with suppliers as per the agreed terms.​• Preparing and providing vendors' Pre-qualification documents ( PQD ) to the quality department in accordance with NEOM standards.• Maintaining an efficient way of tracking material in the company's database.• Performs other duties as required
