• Check and control attendant sheet report as well as salary pay roll.
• Prepare Overtime attendant sheet report, overtime pay roll and pay slip and check them.
• Check and control of Taxation form as well as (ACSS)
• Check and Control Fund Transfer Form (TT Form)
• Check and Control petty cash and all expenses control.

v Main Tasks Manage logistics operations, including, material and personnel; Ø Ensure timely, accountable and cost-effective transportation of materials andpersonnel;Ø Fill the supply form and send it to the main office at the end of every month.Ø Ø Coordinate and provide logistics support to ongoing project activities;Ø Ø Coordinate logistics activities.
