Born and raised in Pabna ( Ishwardi), Bangladesh.I have proven ability to lead people, think out of the box and generate new ideas, take successfulinitiatives and quick decision making in respond to situations. I also can analyze situations in different aspects.I possess proven good communication and presentation skills with a proficiency in improving the performance of the employees.I have work experiences in working as a Territory officer at Robi Axiata Ltd at Market operation department of Mymensing region; Worked as Executive ( Management Trainee) at Retail Department of Express Leather products Ltd. ( Lotto BD) at Rangpur Division, worked as Sr. Area Sales Executive of Express Leather Products Ltd. ( Lotto Bd) at its Retail department at Dhaka central area and at present I am working as District Manager (Area Manager) at Bata Shoe Company Bangladesh Ltd. at its retail dept. I have completed BBA degree in Management Studies and MBA at Human Resource Management from University of Rajshahi.
