August 2009 – Present Istanbul, Turkey - Established a Revenue Management Model with an end-to-end management approach for the first time in TT and structured it in a way that will contributes to company’s strategic goals. With this model, achieved 99,5% collection rate in TT and became one of the world’s most successful companies in this field.- Led critical projects; namely, Revenue Management Information System, Revenue Assurance System, Anti-Fraud Management System, Dunning Management System and Customer Contact Management System and some projects for data quality enhancement.- Thanks to Tatlıya Baglayalım Campaign (a campaign for the collection of overdue receivables) realized with other related managers, 25% of the cases in legal follow-up were compromised upon.- Developed and managed important cost cutting projects.
