Supervise all district engineering operations at work over rigs in Kalabsha fields including (TCP perforation, Lifting and testing operation, hydraulic fracturing, and well testing).Coordinate a wide range of onsite operations (e.g. Coiled Tubing, Testing flow-backs, slickline, wireline, and cleanout). Ensure Rig-less Operation requirements are technically and operationally feasible and conducted safely.Ensuring compliance of rig-less activities with well program and appropriate company procedure.Monitor and evaluate condition of existing well services equipment and prepare replacement plans.Supervise rig-less fracturing operations, thru-tubing perforations with HP/LP firing heads and wells testing.Conduct well intervention operation audits, including service providers and personnel competency performance, to ensure compliance with the best in class practices.Initiate, facilitate and evaluate trial tests of new technologies.Provide an aid in generating Rigless operation best practice. Monitor well intervention performance and issue technical reports, accordingly.Evaluate and recommend modifications of operational procedures for continuous improvement in safety and efficiency.Prepare & issue End of Well Reports (EOWR) concerning Rigless operations.Review the Services Tickets & initiate signing as per KPC contracts terms & conditions.

Monitor well performance with aim of optimizing day to day production and identifying problem areas.Monitoring water flood operations. Initiation of some work-over & re-completion recommendations. Create and maintain a well performance database such as production & injection history, pressure history, work-over history, Artificial Lift (ESP, SRP) database and using this database for production optimization. Perform, Supervision of production and injection allocation reports.Follow-up of artificial lift (ESP, SRP) operations and identification of problematic wells. Preparing troubleshooting programs for artificial lift wells such as ESP, SRP.Monitoring of field production and injection data for evaluation of its performance. Follow up wells flow lines construction. Conduct & follow up circulation of material at warehouse using ORACLE system.Follow up crude oil treatment and shipping parameters to keep in standard range (i.e.: pour point degree, salt content …).Follow up, optimize oil & gas production for more than 150 wells. Follow up artificial lift (ESP, SRP) operations, identifying its problems and suggesting remedial work for its problemsReview W/O & Drilling schedule for preparation.Review Flow Diagram &Tie-in points for all wells (Oil,Gas,WTR) prod/inj lines.Confirm if processes can handle planed oil, water and gas volumes andifnot,quicklyprovide recommendations on what is needed to ensure maximum production rates, and water injection at full target rates. Review WTR inj Target and optimization for all network either direct inj as WTR source well or indirect inj as WTR flood system.Review Dump flood system by PLT and based on results may be adjust the target or make the decision to candidate adding another well to achieve the requested targetsReview AR's & MCC for all wells and all projects activity Review and Signe MOC for any system.Conduct commissioning and start up for all wells and any vessels (heater, Separator, gas boot,Tanks) or EPS
