• Background Verification for US employees (Backend-Non-Voice)• Responsible to meet Service Delivery, Beyond TAT and Business Targets for the clients and ensure that imperatives are met satisfactorily.• Monitor the turn-around-time (TAT) to ensure closure within timelines• Ensure continuous adherence to existing guidelines on various aspects of delivery, response to internal clients, mail etiquettes.

• Assist the team with employee administration in conjunction with the Shared Service Centre; including new starters, leavers and ensuring all information is completed accurately, efficiently and effectively updated in the system• Provide support to the recruitment administration process.• Provide correct and timely advice to managers and employees acting as the front line for queries on basic matters regarding payroll, holiday and HR policies.• Maintaining employee files, documentation and new hire documents needed from employees.(hard as well as soft copies)• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)• Background Verification of new joiners
