Under supervision of Chief Commercial Officer in my capacity as Corporate Legal Administrator, I'm obligated to review various kinds of contracts (Articles of Association, Articles of Amendment, Internet Services agreements, Legal Services Agreements, Insurance Policies, Lease Agreements, Maintenance Services Agreements) with third parties from a legal point of view (legal aspects) after fulfillment of the technical aspect by specialists in each and every field, in coordination with corporate law firms in Kuwait, Bahrain, UAE, Qatar, Oman as regards to restructuring the group of companies and establishing new companies in Kuwait and abroad, through reviewing and studying applicable Laws in such countries. In addition to handling corporate legal documentation and following up renewals of renewable licenses and contracts.Tasks & responsibilities’ Breakdown: - Handling Corporate Legal Documentation.- Handling administrative aspects of Insurances, through approaching Insurance Agents, obtaining quotations, analytical comparison between quotations.- Following up corporate licenses, contracts, and insurance policies.- Legal review of corporate contracts with third parties.- Coordination and legal liaising with corporate law firms.- Executing POAs before Notary Public, Ministry of Justice, Kuwait.- Legal & General Translation (Arabic < > English).- Legal research (compliance & incorporation).

Handling the collective data of the firm, handling communications internationally, textual Legal/general translation, simultaneous translation in business meetings, proofreading, distributing consultative and translation tasks among the team and following up till completion, issuing invoices related to the international division and following up till payment, preparing and editing quotations and Legal/Collection services agreements, Responsible for business development, online marketing and promotion, through building marketing data base & communicating potential agents and clients via E-mail & telephone for the purpose of increasing international contacts.
