Managing operational and marketing division.

Conducting brand development project which includes business analysis, research market and creative direction. Business analysis covers both internal and external company analysis. Research market covers market cap research and customer experience research. And creative direction is the last component in the brand development which covers a set of guidance for the design team.

Teaching Basic English to the Teachers from multi-level grade (elementary to high school teachers)

Acting as a person in charge for all strategic and tactical marketing activities. The strategic marketing activities are creating marketing plan, building brand guideline, coordinating with the stakeholders etc. The tactical marketing activities are leading weekly and daily meeting, managing the social media account, guiding the regular evaluation etc.

Creating the regular and eventual content for the organization's social media such as Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. Doing the brainstorming session with all member of Brand Manager in order to discover the most fresh and creative idea.
