• Ensure all PM can be executed within allowable window and communicate all stakeholder if anyPM can't be executed for any reason and prepare PM Deferral prior to required start date.• Review with Reliability & Inspection departments the yearly PM schedule to finalize theexecution date and duration for Major Equipment PM for Static and Rotating Equipment.• Prepare yearly look ahead for plant PM work orders, to ensure availability of spare parts andservices.• Support execution team during emergency work or plant outage.• Plant Turnaround (T/A): After receiving the final T/A scope of work, planning of each notificationstarted by preparing the required materials, manpower and services if required. If planning phase iscompleted we start upload all notifications to Primavera to set the milestones and critical path to workon it.

• Planning Preventive and Corrective Maintenance activities• Heavily hands‑on on SAP as the medium for planning and scheduling of work orders.• Follow the Planning Process including the reservation of materials, purchasing, delivery andapplication of all materials, resources, services and equipment required at an individual work orderoperation level.• Taking into account any process and operational constraints. Ensuring all planned workcompleted within reasonable duration while minimizing additional cost or field downtime.• Work with Scheduler to prepare weekly schedule and attend the weekly schedule meetings.
